复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察及药物经济学评价

目的：观察复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效和安全性，并进行药物经济学评价。方法：86例寻常型银屑病患者随机均分为2组，对照组给予综合药物治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上，同时静滴复方甘草酸苷100mL·d^-1 ，疗程均为3周。结果：治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为72．1％和41．9％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；治疗组2例，对照组1例出现轻微不良反应，均不影响治疗；治疗组成本效果比低于对照组。结论：复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常型银屑病安全、有效、经济。

Clinical observation and pharmacoeconomic evaluation on compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

Objective： To observe the curative effect and safety of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and evaluate it by pharmacoeconomics. Methods： 86 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into 2 groups： control group were treated with conventional therapy, treatment group were administrated with 100 mL·d^-1 compound glycyrrhizin based on conventional therapy for 3 weeks. Results： The responsive rates for treatment group and control group were 72.1% and 41.9% respectively. Great significances were found between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Slight adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups, two cases in treatment group and one in control group, which didn＇t affect curative effects. Cost-effectiveness of treatment group is lower than control group. Conclusion： Compound glycyrrhizin was safe, effective and economic for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
