返流性食管炎的动态研究与文献复习

目的:探讨返流性食管炎患者的食管形态学方面的改变。方法:对106例患者采用数字化连续摄片观察食管的形态、蠕动、廓清及返流情况,观察与其他胃肠疾病的相互关系。结果:106例患者均有不同程度的食管黏膜增粗,合并食管溃疡10例,食管裂孔疝伴返流性食管炎82例,单纯性食管返流22例。Barrett食管2例。X线显示功能异常出现频繁第三收缩波、痉挛、食管廓清延迟51例,食管黏膜增粗106例,合并食管溃疡10例,食管狭窄15例。结论:数字化连续摄片可动态观察食管返流程度、病变范围及胃肠病变对返流的影响,为疾病的诊断与治疗提供可靠依据。

Dynamic Study Literature Review of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective To discuss the dynamic change of reflux esophagitis in morphology.Methods 106 patients were examined in digital sequential spot films.We observed esophageal morphology,peristalsis,relation of these changes with the gastrointestinal diseases.Results 106 cases all showed ghick mucosal folds in varing degrees.10 cades were complicated by esophageal ulcer,82 hiatus hernia hernia with reflux esophagitis,22 simpke esophageak reflux 2 Barrett's esophagus and 15 benign esophageal stricture.The function disorder were seen on fluoroscopy in 51 cases,including frequent tertiary contractions,spasm and delay of esophageal excretion.Conclusion The digital sequential spot films can show the degrees of esophageal reflux ,the ranges of lesion and the reflux influences by gastrointestinsl diseases and offer the evidence of the diagnoses and treatments of the diseases.
