| 摘 要： | 目的观察参芪扶正注射液对恶性肿瘤非化疗适应症的临床疗效。方法将80例恶性肿瘤非化疗适应证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组40例采用支持疗法,对症治疗;治疗组40例在对照组对症治疗的基础上予参芪扶正注射液治疗。结果治疗组在肿瘤大小、临床症状改善及体质量改变等方面与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论在对症治疗的基础上予参芪扶正注射液治疗恶性肿瘤非化疗适应证疗效确切,明显优于单纯对症治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe malignant tumor having no adaptation crux of chemotherapy treated by Shenqi Fuzheng injection.Methods 80cases of malignant tumor having no adaptation crux of chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in control group were treated by maintenance therapy.Patients in treatment group（n=40）were treated by combination of Shenqi Fuzheng injection and maintenance therapy.Results The improvement of tumor size,clinical symptoms and change of body weight in treatment group were superior to those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection has definite effect on malignant tumor having no adaptation crux of chemotherapy. |
