改良式动静脉内瘘吻合术36例临床分析

目的探讨改良式吻合法行动静脉内瘘术中的手术方法，评价其临床效果。方法回顾性分析36例改良式吻合法病例，并与同期21例常规端侧吻合病例进行比较。结果36例改良式吻合法均一次性吻合成功，平均血管吻合时间（15±3）min，随访2年，2年通畅率为97．2％，未出现明显并发症；21例常规端侧吻合病例一次吻合成功率为95．2％，平均血管吻合时间（38±2）min，2年通畅率为85．7％，内瘘闭塞3例。结论改良式吻合法是一种理想的内瘘吻合技术，手术方法简单、手术时间短、效果好、并发症少，适合临床应用并推广。

Clinical effect of the modified anastomosis in arteriovenous fistula operation： analysis of 36 case

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified anastomosis in arteriovenous fistula operation. Methods The data of 36 patients received modified anastomosis were retrospectively analyzed, and comparred with the data of 21 patients received common end-to-side anastomosis at the same time. Results In 36 patients received modified anastomosis, the anastomosis were successfully parformed in all patients at first time, the mean vascular anastomosis time was （15 ± 3 ）min, the patency rate was 97. 2% during a follow-up of 2 years without obviously complications; in 21 patients received common end to side anastomosis one-time anastomosis successful rate were 95.2%. the mean vascular anastomosis was （38 ＋2）rain, the patency rate was 85.7% during a follow-up of 2 years and ddalysis fistula was occluded 3 patients. Conclusion The modified anastomosis is a ideal technology, it has ar- ranges of simple operation, short operation time, good effects and few complications, and is suitable for clinical application and promotion.
