丹红注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效及对血浆NPY和hs-CRP水平影响的观察

目的探讨丹红注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效及对血浆NPY和hs—CRP水平的影响。方法共75例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均采用吸氧、强心、利尿、扩张血管、抗感染、对症治疗。治疗组在上述治疗的基础上加用丹红注射液静脉滴注，1次／a，疗程为2周。分别测定治疗前、治疗2周NPY、hs—CRP水平。结果两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组治疗结束后血浆NPY、hs—CRP水平均较治疗前降低（P〈0．05），但治疗组较对照组血浆NPY、hs．CRP水平下降更明显（P〈0．05）。结论丹红注射液可明显降低充血性心力衰竭患者血浆NPY、hs—CRP水平，对改善患者的心功能有重要意义。

The clinical effect of danhong injection and its influence on the concentration level of the plasma neuropeptide Y and high sensitivity c-reactive protein in the treatment of the patients with congestive heart failure

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of danhong injection （DHI） and its influence on the concentration level of the plasma NPY and hs-CRP in the treatment of the patients with congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods Seventy-five patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both were given oxygen uptake, cardiotonic agents, diuresis, the dilation of blood vessels, anti-infection, symptomatic treatment, meanwhile, the treatment group were also given DHI, one per day, for 2 weeks. The concentration level of NPY and hs-CRP were determined before the entry into the trial and after two weeks of the trial, respectively. Results After 2 weeks, the concentration level of NPY and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment （P 〈0. 05）. However, the concentration level of NPY and hs-CRP in treatment group were significantlv lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion DHI interventions can decrease the level of the NPY and hs- CRP significantly in patients with CHF and plays an important role in improving cardiact funtion of the patients.
