南宁市互助献血开展情况分析

目的分析南宁市互助献血开展的情况及发展趋势。方法依据《南宁互助献血登记表》内容，将互助献血指定患者分为白血病患者、肿瘤患者、手术患者及其他类疾病患者四大类，统计互助献血指定患者人数、互助献血人数、指定患者用血量（分为血小板、红细胞、血浆）、互助献血量（分为全血、血小板），分析互助献血在南宁市开展的情况。结果2009-08～2010-05南宁市互助献血人数随时间的推移呈逐步上升趋势，共有1189例患者通过互助献血模式得到临床用血，使用血小板814个治疗量，红细胞3140U，血浆1773U；互助献血人数达3047人，捐献机采血小板272个治疗量，全血4489U。白血病及肿瘤患者用血以机采血小板为主，手术患者需求以红细胞为主。结论互助献血是志愿无偿献血方式的有益补充，是保障临床医疗用血需求的一种特殊献血模式，南宁市开展此项工作已取得了一定的成效，但还应该把握好互助献血方向，使其顺利发展。

Analysis of mutual aid blood donation in Nanning

Objective To analyze the situation and tendency of mutual aid blood donation（MABD） in Nanning. Methods According to registration form of MABD and MABD＇s aim patients were divided to four parts：leukemia,tumor,operation,others. The number of MABD＇ s aim patients and MABD participants, the used and donated volume of blood wele calculated, and the situation of MABD in Nanning was analyzed. Results The number of MABD participants increased gradually during 2009-08 to 2010-05. One thousand, one hundred and eighty-nine patients got 814 unit platelet,3 140 U crythrocytes and 1 773 U blood plasma provided by 3 047 people. Conclusion MABD is a kind of blood donation ensuring clinical blood provision. Although it makes a perfect beginning in Nanning, we shall prevent it＇ s malpractice also.
