| 摘 要： | 肺孢子虫肺炎（PCP）是艾滋病常见的一种严重的至死性肺炎。由于其临床表现不具特异性，易被误诊，因此实验室诊断更显重要。该文主要介绍PCP的实验室诊断方法，包括痰液、BALF、肺组织检查形态学诊断、分子学诊断、PC培养以及免疫学诊断等。

| Abstract: | Pneumocystis pneumonia （PCP） is a common kind of serious and sometimes fatal pneumonia in AIDS patients. Because of its clinical nonspeeific manifestations it is easily misdiagnosed, its laboratory diagnosis is more important. This paper mainly introduces the laboratory diagnostic methods of PCP including routine examination sputum, BALF, lung tissue biopsy morphology diagnosis, molecular diagnosis, PC culture and immunology diagnosis, etc. |
