基层三级行政干部代谢综合征患病情况分析

目的 了解基层县、镇、村行政干部代谢综合征患病状况,为行政干部预防保健工作提供依据.方法 对2010-05~2010-07县、镇、村行政干部体检指标进行比较,分析县、镇、村行政干部的代谢综合征患病情况.结果 县、镇、村行政干部代谢综合征患病率的性别、年龄别及行政级别的比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论 浦北县行政干部和老年人代谢综合征患病率高于其他地区,应加强健康教育,及时改变生活方式及药物干预.

Analysis of plevalence of metabolic syndrome in administrative cadre of county,town and village

Objective To understand the condition of prevalence of metabolic syndrome in administrative eardres of county, town and village, and provide a basis for the preventive health care of administrative cardres. Methods The indicators of health physical examination of administrative eardres of county, town and village from May to July 2010 were compared. Their prevalence of metabolic syndrome was analyzed. Results The investigation of prevalence of the metabolic syndrome of administrative cardres in county, town and village showed there was a statistically differences between different genders （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, a statistically differences between different ages （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, and a statistically differences between different administrative levels （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in administrative eardres and the elderly was higher than that other areas. Therefore health education should be strengthened, lifestyles should timely be changed and drug intervention should timely be performed.
