| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Thl／Th2细胞因子偏移对格雷夫斯病（Graves disease，GD）碘转化率之间的相关性。方法选诊断为GD要求^131I治疗的60例患者和30例健康对照者，分别测定IL-2代表Thl细胞因子，IL-6代表Th2细胞因子。结果IL-6在GD组明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）；IL-2水平明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。IL-2、IL-6及IL-2／IL-6与甲状腺碘转换率均无明显相关性（P〉0．05）。结论GD患者的Thl／Th2细胞亚群失衡以偏向Th2为主；Thl／Th2细胞的偏移与甲状腺的碘转化率无相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation between the drift rate of serum Thl/Tb2 and thyroid ^131I conversion rate in patients with Graves disease. Methods Sixty patients with Graves disease （GD group） and thirty healthy people（control group） were selected and compared. In this study, IL-2 represented cytokines of Thl, IL-6 represented cytokines of Th2. Results IL-6 in GD group was obviously higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） ;IL- 2 in GD group was obviously lower than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;There was no correlation be- tween IL-2,IL-6,IL-2/IL-6 and ^131I conversion rate. Conclusion The imbalance of Thl/Th2 cytokines in patients with GD was in favour of Th2. There was no correlation between the drift rate of Thl/Th2 cytokines and thyroid ^131I conversion rate. |
