补肾益气健脾祛瘀法辨证施治崩漏的效验

目的 探讨补肾益气健脾祛瘀法辨证治疗崩漏的疗效.方法 补肾益气健脾祛瘀法辨证施治崩漏82例,出血期以补肾益气健脾祛瘀之法辨证治疗,1剂/d,至血止后以补肾益气健脾之品巩固疗效,连服1~3个月经周期.结果 全组崩漏病人82例中治愈56例（68.3%）,显效17例（20.7%）,有效6例（7.3%）,无效3例（3.7%）,总有效率为96.7%.结论 补肾益气健脾祛瘀法辨证治疗崩漏的疗效显著.

Clinical observation on the functional uterine bleeding treated by nourishing kidney tonifying qi,strenthening the spleen and stomach,and eliminating stasis

Objective Study the effect of the functional uterine bleeding treated by nourishing kidney tonifying qi, strenthening the spleen and stomach, and eliminating stasis. Methods Eighty-two eases of functional uterine bleeding were treated by nourishing kidney tonifying qi and strenthening the spleen and stomach and eliminating stasis, orally taking a dose of Chinese herbal medicine everyday in the days of bleeding and treated by nourishing kidney and tonifying qi after stop-bleeding,orally taking a dose of Chinese herbal medicine everyday for 1 - 3 menstrual cyele. Results Of observed 82 eases, 56 cases were cured （cure rate was 68. 3% ） ,marked effect was found in 17 cases （ marked rate was 20. 7% ） , effective result in 6 cases （ effective rate was 7.3% ）, no effect in 3 eases （ noneffective rate was 3.7% ）, the total effective rate was 96. 7%. Conclusion The effect of the functional uterine bleeding treated by nourishing kidney, tonifying qi, strenthening the spleen and stomach, stop bleeding and eliminating stasis is marked.
