人工髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折15例临床分析

目的探讨人工髋关节置换术治疗老年人股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法对15例65岁以上股骨颈骨折患者行人工股骨头置换（10例）和全髋置换术（5例），并对术后髋关节功能恢复情况进行观察。结果经过4—22个月，平均8．5个月随访，所有患者3—4周恢复行走功能，按Harris评分，优9例，良5例，可1例，优良率为93．3％。结论人工髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折是一种简单且安全有效的方法，可促进老年人早期活动，提高生活质量，合理的围手术期治疗是成功的关键。

Artificial hip arthroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures

Objective To investigate therapeutic effects of ~ifical hip arthmplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods From August 2004 to May 2009,15 elderly patients （ over 65 years of age） with femoral neck fractures were treated by artifical femoral head arthroplasty （10 patients）and total hip arthroplasty （5 patients）. Results Fifteen patients were feUowed up for4 -22 months,with an average of 8. 5 months. All patients were restored to normal activities in 3 - 4 weeks. According to Harris hip score standard： excellent effect were achieved in 9 patients, good in 5 patients,fair in 1 patient, no poor patients was found; the excellent and good rate was 93.3%. Conclusion Artificial hip arthroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture is safe and effective way, it can early restore patients＇, activities and improve patients＇, quality of life. The reasonable pereperative treatment is the key to gain success.
