气压弹道碎石联合前列腺汽化电切治疗前列腺增生并膀胱结石72例疗效分析

目的探讨气压弹道碎石联合前列腺汽化电切治疗前列腺增生（BPH）并膀胱结石的临床效果。方法采用经尿道输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石和前列腺汽化电切治疗72例BPH并膀胱结石。结果手术时间80-160min，平均120min，术后2～3d拔尿管，排尿通畅。无前列腺电切综合征、大出血、膀胱直肠穿孔、水中毒及尿失禁等并发症。72例病理结果均为良性前列腺增生。结论气压弹道碎石联合前列腺汽化电切是治疗良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石安全、有效的方法，具有出血少、创伤小、并发症少、康复快、住院时间短等优点。

Clinical observation of simultaneous minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of 72 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia compticated by bladder stones

Objective To explore the opplieation of simultaneous minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） eompticated by bladder stones in primary hospital. Methods Seventy-two patients with BPH compticated by bladder stones were simultaneously treated by transurethral uretero- scopic pneumatic lithotripsy and transurethral vapor-resection of the prostate. Results The operation time ranged from 80 to 160 min, with an average of 120 min. The urinary catheter was pulled 2 - 3 d after operation. No complications such as prostate resection syndrome, bleeding, perforation of bladder and bowel, water intoxication, urinary incontinece and so on was found. Pathological results of 72 patients showed BPH. Conclusion This simultaneous minimally invasive surgery method is safe and effective in the treatment of BPH complicated by bladder stones with characteristics of less bleeding, less injury,fewer complications, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay.
