福建省畲族臂踝脉搏波传导速度的参考值测定

目的 探讨福建省畲族人群臂踝脉搏波传导速度（brachial ankle pulse wave velocity,baPWV）的参考值及其影响因素.方法 于2009年采用分层抽样的方法对福建省宁德市5 523名畲族人群进行流行病学调查,其中907名20-70岁健康人群进入此次分析,对其进行了体格检查和生化指标、baPWV的测定.结果 健康男性baPWV平均值比女性的高（P=0.022）,多元线性回归分析显示,无论男性还是女性,收缩压和年龄均与baPWV呈正相关;女性还发现舒张压与baPWV呈正相关,心率与baPWV呈负相关.按年龄分为20-29岁组、30-39岁组、40-49岁组和50-70岁组,baPWV 95%参考值范围上限分别是1 466/1 087 cm/s、1 602/1 221 cm/s、1 606/1 255 cm/s、1 964/1 738 cm/s（男/女）.结论 福建畲族人群中,年龄和收缩压是baPWV的主要影响因素,按年龄段和性别确定的baPWV参考值,对指导其健康普查具有一定的意义.

Measurement on reference values of brachial-anlde pulse wave velocity for She population of Fujian province

Objective To explore the reference values and influential factors of braehial-ankle pulse wave velocity（baPWV） for She population of Fujian province. Methods In the year 2009, 5 523 partieipants of She nationality living in Ningde city of Fujian province were multistage-stratified randomly selected, and a total of 907 identiffed healthy subjects were ultimately recruited in this study. Subjects were all underwent physical measurements, blood biochemieal analysis and baPWV measurement. Results For healthy population, the mean value of baPWV was higher for male （ P = 0. 022 ）. Multiple regression analysis revealed that both age and systolic blood pressure were positively associated with baPWV for male and female. In addition, we also found diastolic blood pressure was slightly and positively associated with baPWV, but heart rate was inversely related to baPWV in females. The 95% of upper limits of baPWV for subjects aged 20 -29 yr, 30 -39 yr, 40-49 yr, 50 -70 yr were 1466/1087 cm/s, 1 602/1 221 cm/s, 1 606/1 255 cm/s, 1 964/1 738 cm/s, respectively （males/females）. Conclusion Age and systolic blood pressure were the mainly influential factors for baPWV in She nationality of Fujian province, the age- and sexstratified reference values of baPWV are very useful for screening.
