猪囊虫头节、囊壁抗原Dot-ELISA和IEST试验在脑囊虫病诊断中的初步比较研究

比较了猪囊虫头节抗原(CSAg)、囊壁抗原(CWAg)斑点(ELISA)和免疫酶染色试验(IEST)在脑囊虫病诊断中的敏感性、特异性和交叉反应.CSAg、CWAgDot-ELISA的检出阳性率分别是94.6%(53/56)和96.4%(54/56),IEST的阳性率为98.2%.两种方法与正常人、并殖吸虫病和华支睾吸虫病患者血清均无假阳性反应、但与细粒棘球蚴病患者血清均有交叉反应.

A Comparative Study on the Diagnosis for Neurocysticercosis by CSAg,CWAg Dot-ELISA and Immunoenzymatic Staining Technique(IEST)with Cysticerus Cellulosae Frozen Section as Antigens

In this paper,the results of CSAg Dot-ELISA and IEST with frozen section of cysticerus cellulosae as antigesn in the diagnosis neurocysticercosis were compared.Positive rales of CSAg,CWAg Dot-ELISAand IESTwere 94.6% (53/56),96.4% (54/56) and 98.2%(55/56) respectively.No cross-reaction was observed with sera from cases oFconorchiasis and paragonimiasis,while none of the 50 serum samples from normal controls was found positive.CSAg,CWAg Dot-ELISA and IEST with serum specimens from echinococcosis were 40.9% (9/22),22.7%(5/22) and 18.1%(4/22) respectively.The results showed both Dot-ELISA and IEST with frozen sections as antigens in the diagnosis of neurocysticercosis were considered to be of higher sensitivity and specificity.
