| 摘 要： | 通过７１例心气虚证、６７例肺气虚证患者和５３例正常人左右寸脉图各参数对比分析，发现心气虚证左寸脉图重搏前波、降中峡明显抬高，升支速率明显变慢，收缩期时限变短。肺气虚证右寸脉图降中峡显著降低，降支速率明显增快，舒张期时限相对缩短。表明心气虚证左寸局部动脉血管内压力和外周阻力增高，动脉管壁张力增大，应指较为有力，指感相对较强。肺气虚证右寸局部动脉血管壁顺应性相对较强，外周阻力较低，应指相对柔和而滑利。反映心肺不同病证在寸口分候的相应脉位上有不同反应，提示左右寸脉与心肺脏气存在某种内在联系，进一步为寸口脉分候脏腑理论提出新的佐证。

| Abstract: | A
comparative study has been carried out on 138 patients and 53 heaithy
volunteers. It waS found in thefigures of the Cun puise that in the
patients with syndrome of insufficiency of heart-qi(71 cases)the
dicrotic notch desended,the pace of desending branch became rapid and
the time limil ofdiastolic phase shortened on the right side. The
results also showed thatthe left Cun pulse in the syndrome of
insufficiency of heart-qi felt moreforceful than the right one while
the right Cun puise in the syndrome ofinsufficiency of lung-qi felt
moderately smooth. It suggests that the left andright Cun pulse had a
correlation with the syndromes of heart and lnugrespectively.The
study provides a new evidence for the theory of differentregions of
Cunkou pulse reflecting different zang-fu organs. |
