| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨灯盏细辛治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法 :将 10 0例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别给予灯盏细辛和丹参注射液治疗。2周后对比疗效。结果 :治疗组和对照组在神经功能改善、临床疗效、实验室检查指标等方面相比显效率、总有效率均有提高。结论 :灯盏细辛可扩张脑微细动脉 ,降低血液黏度 ,改善微循环 ,防止脑缺血再灌注诱导神经元凋亡。是治疗急性脑梗死的一种安全有效的药物 ,值得临床推广

| Abstract: | Objective: It is to study the effect of Erigeron Injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods: One hundred patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into Erigeron treated group and control group what were treated with Danshen Injection. Two weeks later, cure effects of two groups were compared. Results: Both the notably effective rate and the total effective rate of the Erigeron treated group were significantly higher than that of the control group on improving nerve function, clinical effects and laboratory index. Conclusion: Erigeron can expand cerebral tiny artery, decrease blood viscosity, improve microcirculation, and prevent cerebral ischemia and reperfusion from leading nerve cell apoptosis. It has little side?effect and can be widely used in clinical practice. |
