肺和食管手术后心血管并发症

1984年4月至1995年12月，我科共施行肺肿瘤和食管肿瘤手术719例，其中男538例，女181例；年龄27－80岁，平均58．41岁。术后心血管并发症72例，发生率10．01％。心血管并发症中，心律失常6例，占90．28％，其中房性早搏33例、心房纤颤19例、室性早搏11例、心室纤颤2例。并发症发生于术后5天内占93．06％（67／72）。术后心血管并发症的主要原因有术前心电图异常、慢支炎、心血管疾患、术后心肺功能不全、低氧血症、手术创伤等。作者对围术期心血管并发症的防治进行了讨论。

Cardiovascular Complications Pulmonary and Esophageal Operation

From Apr. 1984 to Oct. 1995, 719 patients with pulmonary carcinoma or esophageal carcinomaunderwent surgical treatment. 58 were males and 181 females. Their ages were 27-80 years (av. 58).Cardiovascular complications following surgical treatment occurred in 72 cause, with an incidence of 10.01%. Of these patients, 65 cases had arrhythmia (90.28%). Of the arrhythmia cases, 33 cases hadatrial extrasystole, 19 had atrial fibrillations, 11 had ventrical extrasytole, and 2 had ventrialfibrillation. The most cardiovascular complications accurred in postoperative 5 days (93.00%). Thecauses of postoperative cardiovascular complications were preoperative abnomal ECG, chronic bronchitis,cardiovascular diseases, postoperative cardiopulmonary insufficiency, hypoxemia, and operative trauma.The prevention and treatnent of postoperative cardiovascular complications were discussed.
