百忧解、阿米替林及两药联用治疗抑郁症对照研究

探索百忧解联用小剂量阿米替林治疗抑郁症的疗效及副作用,对64例抑郁症患者分三组分别给予单用百忧解、单用阿米替林及联用二药,除必要时给予小剂量苯二氮(艹卓)类药物外不合并其它精神药物,并用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、副反应量表(TESS)对三组进行治疗前后的评分,结果:三组间治疗显效率、治疗减分率经统计学检验无显著差异性(P>0.05),且三组治疗前后HAMD评分经统计学检验均有高度显著性降低(P<0.001),且联用组副作用无论从频度上还是从严重度上都明显低于阿米替林组而与百忧解组相近。说明百忧解联合小剂量阿米替林治疗抑郁症疗效好,副作用低且较为经济,值得推广。

The Control Study of Fluoxetine Hydyochloride, Amitriptyline and the Two Combination in Depression

To study the curative effect and side effect of fluoxetine hydyochloride combining small dosage amitriptyline in depression. Sixty four patients with depression were divided into 3 groups:in the 1st group,singly used fluoxetine hydyochloride; In the 2nd group, singly amitriptyline, in the 3rd group, combined the 2 drugs. If necessary, given small dosage benzodiazepine, none of other psychoactive drug was used. Marks of Pre- and post-treatment were made in the 3 groups with HAND and TESS. Results: A-mong 3 groups,effectual rate and mark diminishing rates had no significant difference, statistically (P>0. 05);HAMD marks of pre-and post-treatment all significantly decreased (P<0. 001),and both the frequency and seriousness of side effect in combining group were obviously lower than that in the amitriptyline,but similar to that in the fluoxetine group. These showed that fluoxetine hydyochloride combining small dosage amitriptyline in depression had better curative effect and fewer side effects,is more economical, and deserve popularization.
