| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察Ph染色体 ,bcr/abl融合基因与慢性粒细胞白血病 (CML)的诊断指标。方法 :染色体制备采用骨髓细胞直接法和短期培养法 ,bcr/abl融合基因分析用RT -nest-PCR法。结果 :10 2例病例中 ,91例Ph染色体及bcr/abl融合基因均为阳性 ,Ph-、bcr/abl+6例 ,Ph-、bcr/abl-5例。结论
