精神分裂症患者氯丙嗪治疗前后血小板聚集功能观察

摘    要:为探讨精神分裂症患者血小板聚集功能及氯丙嗪治疗对血小板聚集功能的影响,对33例首次住院的男性精神分裂症患者氯丙嗪治疗前后进行BPRS评定及肾上腺素致聚下的血小板聚集功能检测,并与60名正常对照组比较。结果显示,精神分裂症患者血小板1分钟聚集率(PAR_1)、5分钟聚集率(PAR_5)和最大聚集率(PAR_M)显著高于对照组(P<0.05~0.01);用氯丙嗪治疗1个月后,患者临床症状缓解,BPRS评定分值下降(P<0.01),血小板聚集功能PAR_1无显著性改变(P>0.05),PAR_5、PAR_M明显升高(P<0.05)。提示,精神分裂症患者血小板聚集功能增强,氯丙嗪治疗可导致血小板的激活状态。

Abstract:To study the platelet aggregating function of schizophrenia and the effect of chlorpromazine on platelet aggregating function. The BPRS evaluation were made and the platelet aggregating function aggregated by adrenaline determined in pre- and post-treatment of chlorpromazine in 33 initially admitted male schizophrenics,and compared with 60 normals. Results. The PAR1, PAR5 and the greatest aggregating rate of schizophrenia were significantly higher than that of normal(P<0. 05,P<0. 01);After one month of chlorpromazine treatment,the clinical symptoms were improved,the score of BPRS vevaluation decreased (P<0. 01),PAR1 had no significant change(P<0. 05),and PAR5 was obviously elevated (P<0. 01). Conclusion:the platelet aggregating function strengthened in schizophrenia,the chlorpromazine treatment might produce activated state of platelet.
