原发性肾病综合征患者的药学监护要点

目的：探讨对原发性肾病综合征患者药学监护的要点.方法：原发性肾病综合征主要治疗药物包括糖皮质激素、环孢素、环磷酰胺等免疫抑制药;根据患者的病理生理状态,采取利尿消肿、降压等对症支持治疗,抗凝和抗血小板聚集、调脂等并发症治疗.通过实例,从药物特点、用法用量、不良反应、相互作用、用药注意事项等方面探讨药学监护方法.结果：通过实施药学监护,为临床提供了合理用药方案.结论：对原发性肾病综合征患者实施药学监护保证了临床安全、有效用药.

Pharmaceutical Care for Patients with Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

ABSTRACT Objective: To discuss the pharmaceutical care approaches for the patients with primary nephrotic syndrome. Methods:Primary nephrotic syndrome was mainly treated with glucocorticoids and immunodepressants, including cyclosporin A, and cyclophosphamide, etc. The symptomatic treatment included inducing diuresis to reduce edema and depressurization, combined with the complication treatment, such as anticoagulation, platelet adhesion and reducing blood fat. The characteristics of pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists were explored by the examples with such respects as medicine characters, usage and dosage, adverse reactions, drug interactions and attention. Results:Clinical pharmacists provided the rational medication by practicing the pharmaceutical care.Conclusion:Pharmacists providing pharmaceutical care for patients with primary nephrotic syndrome can improve the safety, effectiveness and rationality of medication.
