| 摘 要： | 本文报告15例前臂皮瓣的临床应用,14例成功,1例失败。吻合血管的游离移植9例,岛状皮辩逆转移位5例,顺转移位1例。作者指出:前臂皮辩具有血供好、质地优、厚薄适宜、成活率高等优点。特别适用于头颈部缺损的修复,同样也适用于手外伤和畸形的修复。

| Abstract: | This PaPer reports the clinical application of the forearm flaP to the repair of organ defects in 15 cases.The flaps were used as free grafts with vascular anastomosis in 9 cases,as reverse island grafts in 5 cases and as turn island grafts in 1 case.The transplant operations were successful in 14 cases,while one case failed.Being rich in blood supply,good in quality,appropriate in thickness and of high survial rate,the forearm flaps are especially suitable for the repair of the defects on the head and neck,or for curing deformities and traoma on the hand. |
