2种导尿方式对脑卒中后尿失禁患者生活质量的影响

目的调查分析保留导尿与改良清洁导尿术对脑卒中后尿失禁患者生活质量的影响情况。方法采用自制的“卒中后尿失禁患者康复期调查问卷”，对162名脑卒中后并发尿失禁的康复期患者进行问卷调查，其中保留导尿患者89例，清洁导尿患者73例。结果采用改良清洁导尿的患者，生活质量的满意度较好，评分为（30．7±3．1），影响生活质量的主要问题是：疼痛、尿路感染、自身形象紊乱、社交心理障碍以及经济负担。结论改良后的清洁导尿方法，不仅可帮助脑卒中后尿失禁患者恢复或部分恢复膀胱功能，并降低尿路感染率，且有利于患者恢复自信，积极回归社会，同时也减轻了患者的经济负担。对患者的生理、心理、社会适应方面，都起到积极的影响作用。

Influence of Two Ways of Urethral Catheterization to the Quality of Life of Stroke Patients with Urinary Incontinence

Objective：To explore the Influence of two ways of urethral catheterization to the quahty ot life of stroke patients with unnary incontinence. Methods：Using the self-made questionnaire to investigate the quality of life of 162 stroke patients with urinary incontinence. Results：The patients using improved clean catheterization have better quality of life, the primary problems of influence the quality of life are pain, urinary tract infection,indiscriminate self-image,social disorder and economic burden. Conclusion：The improved clean catheterization could relieve the economic burden of patients, and lower the urinary tract infection, making the patient go back to the society.
