宫颈糜烂微波治疗效果与衣原体感染的研究(附240例报告)

目的观察宫颈糜烂微波治疗后创面修复与生殖道衣原体感染的相关性。方法观察宫颈糜烂微波治疗后患者240例,其中治疗后1月未感染衣原体患者（正常组）108例,衣原体感染治疗组患者68例,衣原体感染对照组患者64例,比较三组宫颈糜烂微波治疗效果。结果正常组与衣原体治疗组痊愈率及总有效率无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,正常组与衣原体对照组痊愈率及总有效率有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,衣原体治疗组与衣原体对照组痊愈率及总有效率有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论宫颈糜烂微波治疗效果与衣原体感染关系密切,衣原体感染患者对症治疗后宫颈创面修复满意,而衣原体感染未治疗者则影响宫颈创面修复,治疗效果较差。

Research on Microwave Treatment of Cervical Erosion and Chlamydia Infection ( Report of 240 cases)

Objective To observe correlation of wound healing after microwave treatment of cervical erosion and chlamydia infection.Methods To observe 240 patients after microwave treatment of cervical erosion,1 month after treatment,which is not infected with chlamydia patients（normal group）of 108 cases,which is infected with chlamydia treatment patients of 68 cases,which is infected with chlamydia untreatment patients of 64 cases,comparison of microwave treatment of cervical erosion in three groups.Results Cure rate and total effective of normal group and chlamydia treatment group was no significant difference（P0.05）,there is significant difference in efficiency between normal group and chlamydia untreatment group（P0.01）and there is significant difference in efficiency between chlamydia treatment group and chlamydia untreatment group（P0.01）.Conclusion Microwave treatment of cervical erosion and chlamydia infection is closely related,patients of chlamydia infection have satisfactory wound healing after treatment of cervical,chlamydia infection of untreatment effect cervical wound healing,the treatment less effective.
