甲氧苄啶与氨基糖苷类抗生素联用的抗生素后效应

摘    要:目的:探讨TMP 与3 种氨基糖苷类抗生素(GM 、AM 、TB) 的联合PAE。方法:临床分离的大肠埃希氏菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌各5 株,8 MIC TMP 分别与不同浓度(1 、2 、4 MIC) 的GM 、AM 、TB 联用,细菌与药物接触1h ,以微量接种菌落计数法测定PAE。结果:TMP 可使3 种氨基糖苷类抗生素对2 种受试菌的PAE 显著延长,呈相加作用;联合PAE 均呈剂量依赖性。结论:TMP 与氨基糖苷类联合应用可产生明显的PAE,临床联用具有合理性。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To explore the post-antibiotic effects(PAE) of trimethoprim(TMP)combined with aminoglycosides.METHODS:A total of 10 strains of E.coli and K.pneumoniae(5 strains each)were obtained from clinical isolates.The micro-organisms exposed to TMP(8 times the MIC)combined with either gentamicin,amikacin or tobramicin at various concentrations(1,2 and 4 times the MIC)for 1h.The PAEs were determined by microinoculation colony counting.RESULTS:The combined PAEs of TMP and aminoglycosides were shown to be significantly prolonged (addition effects)and were concentrationdependent.CONCLUSION:TMP combined with aminoglycosides has significant PAEs,thus,this combination therapy is rational.
