| 摘 要： | 通过400例下第三磨牙的X线片观察，分析了阻生齿的阻生类型，阻生类型与阻生齿并发症的关系。下第三磨牙高位近中、高位水平和软组织阻生三者占62％，而近中和水平阻生是引起邻牙龋坏的主要阻生类型。下第三磨牙引起约1／3的邻牙龋坏，本身龋坏率为22％。本文也对阻生齿拔除适应症进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The X-ray photographs of 400 cases of mandbular impacted third molar were observed and the impacted molar types and relations between impacted types and complications of impacted tooth were analysed.Mesial-high,horizontal-high and safe tissue impacted third molar accounted 62%.Mesial and horizontal impacted molar were the major types causing earies of adjoining tooth.The caries incidences of adjoining tooth was 28.5%(1/3).The caries incidences of third molar was 22%.Extracting indications of impacted third molar were also discussed. |
