眼眶皮样囊肿及表皮样囊肿的CT表现

目的 评价CT对眼眶皮样、表皮样囊肿的诊断价值。方法 总结分析21例眼眶皮样囊肿的CT表现并与术中所见和病理诊断进行对照。结果 21例CT检查均发现眶内占位，圆形、椭圆形、半圆形或哑铃状，肿块内均有负CT值区，3例呈均匀一致的透明区，其余18例高度不均质，4例可见明显密度分界面，2例强化扫描，囊内容不强化，囊壁呈环状强化。18例位于眶骨膜下间隙者均可见眶骨壁受压所致的骨窝、骨孔、骨洞、骨缺损、骨嵴、骨增生以及骨吸收等改变。21例均接受手术治疗，术中所见囊肿的位置、形状以及眶骨壁改变与CT发现一致，术后均被病理检查证实。结论 肿块密度不均匀，有负CT值区、眶骨壁发生改变是眼眶皮样囊肿的特征性表现，CT检查具有定性、定位诊断价值。

Findings of CT in Orbital Dermoid Cysts and Epidermoid Cysts

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic role of CT scanning in orbital dermoid and epidermoid cysts. Methods The findings of CT in 21 cases of orbital dermoid cysts were summarized and analyzed. Results Intraorbital occupancy lesions of round,oval or dumb bell shape were found by CT scanning in all 21 cases.Its characteristic features of CT scanning include heterogenous cystic mass with areas of negative CT value,nonenhancement by contrast media,and compressive change of the orbital walls such as bony fossa,bony hole,bony cave,bony defect,bony ridge,bony proliferation and absorption. Conclusion Orbital CT scanning is an effective way in the diagnosis of intraorbital dermoid and epidermoid cysts for determining its nature and location.
