| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性脊髓损伤MRI特点及护理措施。方法对60例急性脊髓损伤患者在MRI检查及治疗前后给予心理护理和常规护理，保证患者能顺利安全完成检查和治疗。结果60例患者均能顺利、安全地完成MRI检查和临床治疗。结论急性脊髓损伤前后加强护理和观察，防止并发症的发生非常重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the MRI feature,therapy and nursing intervention of acute spinal cord injury. Methods Sixty patients with acute spinal cord injury were given mental nursing and usual care before and after MRI examination and therapy,to guarantee the patients can complete the examination and therapy successfully and safely. Results All of the sixty patients could complete the examination and clinical therapy successfully and safely. Conclusions It is very important to intensive nursing and observation, and prevent the occurrence of complications. |
