| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨对突发性聋疗效影响的若干因素。方法：回顾性分析我科收治的142例(147耳)突发性聋患者的临床资料。结果：伴发眩晕、病程、患者年龄、听力曲线类型、声反射与8KHz听力存在与否、高压氧开始时间等均为显著影响疗效的因素；伴发耳鸣、耳聋程度、性别等因素对疗效影响不显著。结论：对于突发性聋的治疗，念平开始疗效愈好。8KHz听力存在与否与疗效关系密切。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore and analyze the factors affecting sudden deafness.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 142 cases(147ears) of sudden deafness.Results With vertigo,the course of disease,the age of cases,the type of hearing curve,the acoustic reflex and with or without 8KHz hearing,the beginning time of hyperbaric oxygenation were the important factors.Tinnitus,the degress of sudden deafness,the sex of cases were not the important curative factors.Conclusion Sudden deafness should be treated as early as possible and with or without 8KHz hearing is closely related to the curative effect. |
