摘    要:表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)与其受体(ep-idermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)结合后可通过特定的信号传导通路调节细胞的增生、迁移、粘附等活动。研究发现EGF/EGFR可诱导视网膜色素上皮(retinal pigmentepithelial,RPE)细胞增生、移行,从而促进增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(proliferative vitreoretinopathy,PVR)的发生发展。我们通过本文从EGF/EGFR的结构、功能、参与PVR形成的机制等方面进行综述,并展望拮抗EGF/EGFR信号传导通路的方法在治疗PVR上的应用前景。
