青少年颈椎生理曲度500例调查分析及对策研究

目的通过对500名大中专院校在校学生的颈椎生理曲度的调查,详实了解现今青少年颈椎生理曲度的情况,对调查结果进行分析研究并提出相应对策。方法随机抽调大中专在校学生500名,使用500毫安数字X线机对颈椎进行动态透视,当颈椎达到标准侧位时点片。结果颈椎生理曲度正常83人,占16.6%;颈椎生理曲度异常417人,占83.4%;其中颈椎生理曲度变直189人,占37.8%;颈椎生理曲度反曲228人,占45.6%。结论颈椎正常的生理曲度是保证颈椎正常生理活动的基础条件,该曲度如果发生异常势必造成一系列病理变化,颈椎曲度异常病变是颈椎病的基础病因。青少年颈椎病发病率急剧上升同青少年曲度异常有直接关系,青少年颈椎曲度异常发病率如此之高,已是社会问题,应该引起全社会的关注。

Young people's cervical vertebra physiology curvature diagnosis and countermeasure

Objective To find out the basic situation of cervical spinal physiological curvature in the current teenagers and then provide corresponding measures by investigating and analyzing cervical spinal curvature of 500 teenagers. Methods: By randomly selecting 500 students from middle schools and colleges teenagers in the school an image their cervical spines when they reach standard lateral situation by dynamic fluoroscopy of digital gastroerteric machine of 500mA. Results:83 cases(16.6%)has normal cervical spinal curvature,189 cases(37.8%)suffered from straight cervical vertebral physiological curvature, and 228cases(45.6%) for reverse cervical spinal physiological curvature. Conclusion: Juvenile abnormal cervical spinal curvature was closely associated with the increasing incidence of juvenile. Cervical spondylosis, then, juvenile cervical spondylosis should be separate from cervical spondylosis and considered as an independent type.
