| 摘 要： | 本文报告了８３例脑囊尾蚴病患者外周血脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）含量的变化。结果显示：无论癫痫型和非癫痫型脑囊尾蚴病，其血清中ＬＰＯ均明显升高，与对照组相比，具有非常显著的差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），而癫痫型与非癫痫型的ＬＰＯ值间无显著性意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示脂质过氧化物参与脑囊尾蚴病的病理过程，并为脑囊尾蚴病的诊断及治疗探索新的途径。

| Abstract: | Serum lipid peroxide(LPO)content in eighty three cases of cysticercosis cellulosae was determined by the fluorescence method.the results showed that the LPO level in epileptic type and non epileptic type of cerebral cysticercosis was significantly higer than that in the normal controls ( P <0.01).No significant difference in LPO was observed between epileptic type and non epileptic type( P >0.05).The results showed that LPO might play a role in the pathophysiology of cerebral cysticercosis. |
