| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨益寿饮对老年肾虚血瘀证患者白细胞介素-1（IL-1）、白细胞介素-2（IL-2）的影响。方法 随机选择34例肾虚血瘀证老年人用益寿饮治疗，观察治疗前后衰老症状及白细胞介素-1及白细胞介素-2的变化。结果 益寿饮治疗后的衰老临床症状较对照组明显改善（P〈0.01）;IL-1,IL-2水平均有明显提高（P〈0.05）。结论 益寿饮能够提高老年肾虚血瘀证患者产生IL-1，IL-2的能力，进而发送免疫调节功能和延缓衰老。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe t the effect of YISHOUYIN on interleukin 1 and interleukin 2 in patients with eldly renal deficiency and syndrome of blood stasis.Methods Thirty-four cases of eldly renal deficiency and syndrome of blood stasis were randomly selected to be treated with YISHOUYIN,before and after treatment,we observe the ageing symptom and the change of level of interleukin 1 and interleukin 2.Results Comparing with control group,the ageing symptom was apparently improved(P<0.01) and the level of interleukin 1 and interleukin 2 was significantly increased after treatment.Conclusion YISHOUYIN may elevate the level of interleukin 1 and interleukin 2 in patients with eldly renal deficiency and syndrome of blood stasis,improve immunoregulation function and immunosenescence. |
