前列腺支架治疗高龄前列腺增生的护理

目的介绍前列腺肥大放置前列腺支架的方法和临床护理。方法23例高龄前列腺肥大患者在X线引导下经尿道插入导丝,沿导丝送入支架推送器,视患者具体情况释放支架。结果支架置入后情况23例患者均一次成功（100%）,置入支架后立即自行排尿,排尿通畅。结论护理人员做好术前护理,术中配合及术后护理工作,能有效地配合医师手术工作的顺利进行,解除了病人痛苦。

Stent in the treatment of prostate benign prostatic hyperplasia in elderly and care

Objective To introduce the methods of prostate stent placement and clinical care. Methods 23 elderly patients with BPH were inserted guide wire through the urethra,and the stents were released depending on the specific circumstances of the patients under X-ray guidance. Results The stent emplacement was successful in 23 patients （100%）,urination was immediate after stenting. Conclusion The nurses do a good job of preoperative care,intraoperative and postoperative care with work,and they can work effectively with the physician to achieve successful operation and to relieve the patient pain.
