慢性乙型肝炎患者的血清生化学指标变化与病理相关性分析

目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)血清生化学指标的改变与肝组织炎症活动程度分级(G)的相关性,评价其临床意义.方法对58例CHB肝活检时、肝活检前3个月最高值和平均值的3次生化指标(ALT、AST)进行分析,并观察与其肝组织炎症程度分级的相关性.结果在所观察病例中,当血清生化学指标异常时,肝组织均有不同程度的炎症(G),但3次的ALT、AST并不随着G的增加而平行增加(P＞0.05).结论3个月内的血清生化指标能提示CHB肝组织有不同程度的病变,但ALT和AST的异常程度与肝组织炎症程度不相关.

Analysis of correlation of changes in serological biochemical markers to pathology in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To investigate the correlation of changes in serological biochemical markers to pathology (G)in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)and explore its clinical significance.Methods The values of serological biochemical markers(ALT,AST)during the liver biopsy and their maximal and mean values 3 months before the biopsy were analyzed in 58 patients with CHB.Meanwhile,their correlation to degrees of liver inflammation was determined.Re- sults There were different degrees of liver inflammation when the values of the serological biochemical markers were abnor- mal.However,the values of the serological biochemical determined at different phases did not increase along with the de- grees of liver inflammation(P>0.05).Conclusions The determination of serological biochemical markers in 3 months may indicate that the liver tissue has different degrees of inflammation.However,the abnormality of the markers is not corre- lated to degrees of liver tissue inflammation.
