| 摘 要： | 目的：研究妇科腹腔镜手术严重并发症情况，减少和预防严重并发症的发生。方法：对该院2816例妇科腹腔镜手术所出现的严重并发症进行回顾性分析。结果：2816例妇科腹腔镜手术中，发生严重并发症17例，发生率为0．61％，其中膀胱损伤3例，输尿管损伤5例，肠管损伤2例，术后出血3例，粘连性肠梗阻1例，腹壁疝1例，盆腔脓肿2例。结论：正确选择腹腔镜手术适应证，提高手术质量，掌握合适的中转开腹时机，是减少严重并发症发生、提高手术安全性的保障。
