| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨内镜对胃平滑肌肉瘤的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析胃平滑肌肉瘤共18例的临床及内镜资料。结果：12例行胃镜检查，8例确诊（67％），3例误诊为胃癌，1例未发现病灶。结论：内镜检查是诊断该病的主要方法，可以在动态情况下直接观察肿块及胃腔的形态，显示胃黏膜微小结构的变化，并可取活检，明确诊断，为治疗提供可靠的依据。将胃镜头端接受病灶处挖洞式活检、多处取材，可提高该病的病理确诊率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the diagnostic value of endoscopy for gastric leiomyosarcoma.Methods: Clinical and endoscopic data of eighteen patients of gastric leiomyosarcoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results:Twelve cases were diagnosed by endoscopy.Eight cases were diagnosed correctly .The accuracy rate of endoscopy was 67%.Three cases were misdiagnosed for gastric careonoma. Lesion was not found in one case.Conclusion: Endosopy was an important check up for gastric leiomyosarcoma. Endoscopy could directly observe tumor and gastric mucosa and take a biopsy. It could diagnose correctly and provide a therapy plan. |
