| 摘 要： | 目的:为了了解血吸虫病患者体内D-二聚体的变化。方法:分别检测正常人群,慢血组和晚血组的D-二聚体水平。结果:慢血组D-二聚体水平明显高于正常组,晚血组的阳性率与慢血组有明显差异。结论:D-Di可作为肝功能受损的的敏感指标血吸虫病患者血清D-Di水平增高与肝脏受损程度有关,可作为判断肝硬化患者病情严重程度的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the changes of schistosomiasis patients in vivo D-dimer.Methods:The detection of the normal population,slow schistosomiasis patients and the late schistosomiasis patients D-dimer levels.Results:Slow schistosomiasis patients D-dimer level was significantly higher than the normal group,the positive rate of late schistosomiasis patients and the slow schistosomiasis patients.Conclusion:D-Di can be used as a liver function damaged sensitive indicators of schistosomiasis in patients with D-Di level increased with the degree of liver damage can be used as indicators to determine the severity of the disease in patients with cirrhosis. |
