宫腹腔镜术后辅助中西药治疗盆腔炎性不孕的疗效分析

目的探讨宫腹腔镜手术联合中西药抗炎治疗盆腔炎性不孕的临床疗效。方法186例盆腔炎性不孕患者分三组，A组79例手术＋中西药抗炎治疗，B组64例手术＋输卵管通液治疗，C组43例单纯手术治疗，治疗后随访其妊娠结局。结果各组患者自然妊娠率、IVF-ET妊娠率及宫内妊娠率比较，A组高于C组，中度PID患者中A组也高于B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。重度PID患者中仅A组有5例妊娠。A组自然流产率低于C组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论宫腹腔镜术后辅助中西药抗炎治疗可显著改善盆腔炎性不孕患者术后妊娠结局，值得临床推广应用。

The effect of using Chinese and Western Medicine after the hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in treating infertility from PID

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of treating infertility from Pelvic Inflammatory Disease （PID） by com bining hystero-laparoscopic surgery with Chinese and western medicine. Methods A total of 186 patients diagnosed infer tility from PID were divided into three groups： Group A （79 patients） were treated first with hystero-laparoscopic Surgery and then with anti-inflammatory Chinese medicine （after the menstruation） and western medicine （during menstruation, Group B （64 patients） with hystero-laparoscopic surgery first and then hydrotubation, and Group C （43 patients） by hystero-laparoscop ic surgery purely. They were followed up afterward and asked about the pregnancy results. Results By comparing the spon taneous pregnancy rate, the IVF-ET pregnancy rate and the uterine pregnancy rate of each group, we found Group A were all higher than Group C, and were also higher than Group B among the moderate patients, which were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Only 5 of the severe PID patients conceived. The natural abortion rate of Group A was lower than that of Group C, which was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Using anti-inflammatory Chinese and western medicine alternately after the hystero-laparoscopic surgery can get much better pregnancy results. It is thus worth popularizing in clinical prac tices.
