参麦注射液减轻恶性肿瘤化疗后毒副作用的临床观察

目的观察参麦减轻恶性肿瘤患者化疗后毒副作用的临床疗效。方法恶性肿瘤住院患者136例全身静脉化疗药物滴注后使用参麦注射液(杭州正大青春宝药业有限公司生产)60ml 5%GS 500ml静脉滴注,1次/日,连用7天为1个疗程, 每月2个疗程。对照组120例给予全身化疗药物静脉滴注,化疗21天为1个周期。结果参麦组瘤灶完全消失16例(11.7%) 瘤灶明显缩小68例(50%),瘤灶略缩小40例(29.4%),有效率(PR CR)61.7%,稳定率(CR PR NC)91.1%,而对照组上述指标分别为4例(3.3%),32例(26.6%),24例(20%)有效率50%,两组比较差异显著,p值<0.01。结论参麦注射液用于恶性肿瘤患者化疗后,能减毒增效、调节免疫能力,提高患者生活质量。

Clinical study on decreaing the toxicity of the chemotherapy treated by shenmai liquid

Objective To elaluate the effect of shenmai liquid on toxicity of the chemotherapy. Methods 136 patients with cancer were treated with shenmai liquid after chemotherapy. Shenmai liquid was given at a dose of 60ml on day 2 to 7. The schedule wa repeated every 15 days. 120 patients with control group were received chemotherapy only. The schedule was repeated every 21 days only. Results The shenmai group and conrol group were evaluable for respons, the complete, partial, no response respectively. Shenmai group was in 16,68,40 cases respectively ,The effective rate was 61.7% ,But the control group was in 4. 32. 24 cases respectively. The effective rates was 50%. The shenmai group compered with control group was significant (p <0. 01) . Conclusion Shenmai liquid may be used the patients with cancer after treated chemotherapy, Shenmai liquid may decrease the toxicity of the chemotherapy and improve QOL and the chemotherapeutic and higher immunological.
