子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫腺肌病的疗效分析

目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效。方法2008年1月至2010年1月采用子宫动脉栓塞术治疗的子宫腺肌病患者69例，采用子宫动脉栓塞术治疗并观察临床疗效。结果69例患者138条子宫动脉全部插管顺利，顺利完成手术，成功率100％。临床疗效：69例子宫腺肌病患者中45例术后痛经完全缓解，21例明显缓解，3例复发。结论经导管子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫腺肌病，临床效果确切、具有创伤小，恢复快，无需切除子宫，近期疗效可靠，并发症少，住院时间短，保留生殖潜能等优点，为治疗子宫腺肌病提供了一种新的微创治疗方法。

Uterine artery embolization for the treatment of adenomyosis efficacy analysis

Objective To evaluate the uterine artery embolization for the treatment of adenomyosis of the clinical effect.Methods January 2008-January 2010 with uterine artery embolization for treatment of 69 cases of patients with adenomyosis,with uterine artery embolization for treatment and observation of clinical efficacy.Results 69 patients with 138 uterine artery catheterization all goes well,the successful completion of surgery,the success rate of 100%.Clinical efficacy :69 cases of uterine adenomyosis after 45 cases of dysmenorrhea in patients with complete remission,21 patients with apparent ease,3 patients relapsed.Conclusion Transcatheter uterine artery embolization for the treatment of adenomyosis,the clinical effects of precise,with less trauma and faster recovery without the need for removal of the uterus,a reliable short-term effect,less complications and shorter hospitalization time,retaining the advantages of reproductive potential for the treatment of uterine adenomyosis provides a new minimally invasive method of treatment.
