小剂量米非司酮与左旋18-甲基炔诺酮单方用于紧急避孕的比较研究

目的：探讨小剂量米非司酮与左旋１８－甲基炔诺酮单方用于紧急避孕的有效性和可接受性。方法：房事后服米非司酮１０ｍｇ，１２小时后服安慰剂一片。房事后服左旋１８－甲基炔诺酮０．７５ｍｇ，间隔１２小时再服１次。两种药种外形一致，采用双盲法给药。结果：两药均取得满意避孕效果。但就副反应而言，米非司酮为优，两组发生率差异有显著性（ｕ＝４．８８，Ｐ〈０．０１）。两药对缩短月经周期的机率无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５

A Comparative Study of Mifepristone and LNG for Emergency Contraception

Objective: To explore the efficacy and acceptability of mifepristone and LNG in treating emergency contraception. Methods:Mifepristone 10 mg was taken right after coitus,and a pill of placebo was then used with a interval of 12 hours. Also,LNG 0.75 mg was taken right after coitus with the same interval for the second LNG taking. Double blind method was adopted in this study. Results:The satisfactory results of contraception were obtained from the treatment with mifepristone and LNG. The side effect incidence in mifepristone treatment group was lower than that in LNG group( u = 4.88, P< 0.01).There was no significant difference in shortening menstrual cycle between two groups(P >0.05). The effect of mifepristone in prolonging menstrual cycle was more significant than that of LNG. Conclusion:The use of mifepristone was simple, and can effectively prevent undesired pregnancy with few side effects.
