| 摘 要： | 目的：研讨自固化磷酸钙（CPC）人工骨填充修复颌骨缺损的临床意义。方法：常规方法去除病变组织，经彻底止血处理后，充分调和的自固化磷酸钙修复骨缺损。结果：全组26例应用CPC后未见明显局部和全身反应，X线显示：CPC与宿主骨接触紧密，无脱落，术后3个月出现降解，新生骨形成。结论：CPC安全无毒，使用方便，易塑性，生物相容性好，能在体内降解，可以替代自体骨材料在颌骨缺损的应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: Our aim was to look into the clinical use of autosolidifing Calcium Phosphate Cement(CPC) in the repair of Jaw defect. Methods: Affected tissue was resected and surface of wound was stanched completely,then filled with CPC. Results: No systemic or local adverse reaction was noted, radiological examinations revealed that the implanted CPC was directly apposed to the bone. Degeneration occurred 3 months postoperatively and bone was formed. Conclusions: CPC was safe and non-toxic,with good biocompatibility and plasticity, it is a good substitute for autografte in repairing bone defects in Jaw. |
