摘    要:目的:研讨自固化磷酸钙(CPC)人工骨填充修复颌骨缺损的临床意义。方法:常规方法去除病变组织,经彻底止血处理后,充分调和的自固化磷酸钙修复骨缺损。结果:全组26例应用CPC后未见明显局部和全身反应,X线显示:CPC与宿主骨接触紧密,无脱落,术后3个月出现降解,新生骨形成。结论:CPC安全无毒,使用方便,易塑性,生物相容性好,能在体内降解,可以替代自体骨材料在颌骨缺损的应用。

Abstract:Objective: Our aim was to look into the clinical use of autosolidifing Calcium Phosphate Cement(CPC) in the repair of Jaw defect. Methods: Affected tissue was resected and surface of wound was stanched completely,then filled with CPC. Results: No systemic or local adverse reaction was noted, radiological examinations revealed that the implanted CPC was directly apposed to the bone. Degeneration occurred 3 months postoperatively and bone was formed. Conclusions: CPC was safe and non-toxic,with good biocompatibility and plasticity, it is a good substitute for autografte in repairing bone defects in Jaw.
