新型冠状病毒肺炎的中医探讨

新型冠状病毒肺炎中医病名应为湿毒疫,病因为运气—气候因素、地域人文因素综合作用,病位主要在太阴肺、脾,病之初期、中期、极期、后期,虚实寒热不同。新型冠状病毒肺炎的基本传变规律为:疫疠之气兼秽湿浊毒,或夹风夹寒,侵犯肺系;或首入中焦,或由中阳亏虚,传至中焦;心阳不足时,反侮于心;时流下焦(肝肾),终致湿毒弥漫三焦,湿阻气滞而变生诸证。当分期论治,注重清解湿毒,宣畅少阳三焦,重视补气药应用,三因制宜。

The title of corona virus disease(COVID-19)in TCM should be Damp-toxin epidemic disease.Its etiology is the combination of Five Yun Six Qi-climatic factors as well as regional and humanistic factors.The location of the disease is mainly in the Taiyin Lung and Spleen.The Deficiency-Excess and Cold-Heat types are different in the early stage,middle stage,critical stage and late stage.The basic transmission pattern of COVID-19 is Pestilential Qi combined with filthy Damp and turbid Toxin,sometimes along with Wind or Cold,invades the Lung system.It also can attack the middle Jiao first,or invades middle Jiao due to the deficiency of the Yang Qi.When the Heart Yang is insufficient,it can restrict the Heart reversely.Sometimes it attacks lower Jiao(Liver and Kidney)and eventually cause the Damp-toxin occupying Sanjiao,which would block the Qi and leads to various syndromes.The treatment should be based on stages,focus on clearing and relieving Damp-toxin,smoothing Shaoyang Sanj Jiao,paying attention to the application of Qi tonifying drugs,and all of the treatment methods should be based on the three types of disease causes.
