银质针加热疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

目的:观察银质针加热疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入条件的80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为试验组40例,对照组40例。试验组应用银质针加热疗法治疗,对照组仅采用温针灸治疗。两组患者均治疗2个疗程。观察并记录所有患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分(visual analog scale,VAS),治疗后镇痛时间及维持时间,治疗前后膝关节髌上囊积液深度和滑膜厚度,治疗前后膝关节WOMAC(Western ontario and McMaster universities osteoarthritis index)指数,治疗前后血清中白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL^-1)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6IL-6)水平,并进行疗效评价。结果:治疗后试验组与对照组VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后镇痛起效时间和维持时间组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后膝关节髌上囊积液深度和滑膜厚度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后膝关节WOMAC评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清中IL^-1、IL-6水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组有效率97.5%,对照组有效率85.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未发生不良事件。结论:银质针加热疗法能改善患者的疼痛症状,减少膝关节腔内积液和滑膜水肿程度,提高膝关节活动度,减轻炎症反应。该疗法具有操作简便、疗效确切、不良作用少等优点。

Study of Sliver Needle Heating Therapy in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe clinical effects of needle Sliver Needle Heating Therapy in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:80 KOA cases meet the criteria were randomly divided into test group and control group with 40 cases in each.The test group was treated with silver needle heating therapy,and the control group was treated with warming needle moxibustion.Both groups were treated for 2 courses.Observe and record the analgesic and its maintenance time after treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS),the depth of suprapatellar sac fluid and synovial thickness of the knee joint,the Western Ontario and McMaster universities osteoarthritis(WOMAC)index of the knee joint and the treatment Serum interleukin-1(IL^-1)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels before and after treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated.Results:The difference of the VAS between test group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05)after treatment.The analgesic and its maintenance time difference after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of depth of suprapatellar sac fluid and synovial thickness of the knee joint between the two groups was a statistically significant(P<0.05)after treatment.The difference of WOMAC index of the knee joint between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)after treatment;and the serum IL^-1 and IL-6 values of the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)after treatment.The effective rate of the test group was 97.5%,and of the control group was 85.0%,which the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse events occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Silver needle heating therapy can alleviate the patient′s pain,reduce the degree of effusion and synovial edema in the knee joint cavity,improve knee joint mobility,and reduce inflammation.It has the advantages of being simple to operation,definite curative effect,and less adverse effects.
