| 摘 要： | 痛风性关节炎严重影响患者的工作和生活,西药治疗该病副作用较大,效果不理想,难以长期使用。而针灸具有独到的优势,在痛风性关节炎的治疗中日益发挥着重要作用。本文综述了近几年来针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的相关文献,总结了临床常用的针灸治疗方法及实验机理研究,同时还对今后的工作重点和努力方向提出了建议和展望。

| Abstract: | Patients＇ work and life were seriously influenced by Gouty arthritis,but western medicine therapy had great side-effect.The efficacy was not satisfactory and it could not be used for a long time.While acupuncture with its unique advantages plays an important role in the treatment of gouty arthritis.This paper reviewed the related literature of acupuncture treatment of gouty arthritis in recent years,summarized common acupuncture therapy in clinical and experimental research on mechanism,and also put forward some suggestions and prospected the key work and effort direction in the future. |
