摘    要:目的:建立 HPLC 法测定甲硫酸新斯的明注射液的含量。方法用 Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.05 moL·L -1磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调节 pH 为3.0)—乙腈(90∶10)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min -1,检测波长为215 nm。结果甲硫酸新斯的明线性范围为在0.102~1.02 g·L -1(r =0.9999);平均回收率为99.57%,RSD 为0.93%。结论该方法灵敏,快速,结果准确,可用于甲硫酸新斯的明注射液的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determination of neostigmine methylsulfate injection.Methods The column was Agi-lent ZORAX Eclipse XDB C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was 0.05 moL·L -1 monopotassium phosphate solution(pH adjusted to 3.0 with phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile(90∶10).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1 ,and the detection wave-length was 215 nm.Results The linear range of neostigmine methylsulfate was 0.102 ~1.02 g·L -1 (r =0.999 9).The average re-covery rate was 99.57% and RSD was 0.93%.Conclusions The method is sensitive,accurate and rapid,which can be used to deter-mine the content of neostigmine methylsulfate injection.
