摘    要:目的:建立同时测定复方黄白胶囊中绿原酸、栀子苷和芍药苷3种成分含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse SB-C8(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-2‰磷酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为30℃,绿原酸、栀子苷和芍药苷的检测波长分别为327、240和232 nm。结果:绿原酸、栀子苷和芍药苷的进样量分别在0.020.19、0.090.19、0.090.84和0.110.84和0.111.01μg范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r分别为0.999 7、0.999 8、0.999 9);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD<3%;平均加样回收率分别为99.6%、101.0%和100.2%,RSD分别为1.3%、0.7%和1.4%(n均为6)。结论:所建方法可用于复方黄白胶囊中3种成分的含量测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, geniposide and paeoniflorin in Compound huangbai capsules. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on ZORBAX Eclipse SB-Cs (250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with acetonitrile-0.2%c phosphoric acid as mobile phase (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was at 30 ℃. The detection wavelengths were set at 327, 240 and 232 nm for chlorogenic acid, geniposide and paeoniflorin, respectively. RESULTS: The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid, geniposide and paeoniflorin were 0.02-0.19 μg(r=0.999 7), 0.09-0.84 μg(r=0.999 8) and 0.11-1.01 μg(r=0.999 9), respectively. RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 3%. The average recoveries of the 3 components were 99.6% (RSD=1.3% ,n=6), 101.0% (RSD=0.7% ,n=6) and 100.2%(RSD=1.4% ,n=6), respectively. CONCLUSIONS: The established method can be applied for the simultaneous determination of 3 components in Compound huangbai capsules.
