左半结肠癌梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合15例临床分析

目的 探讨左半结肠癌致结肠梗阻的Ⅰ期手术方法及疗效。方法对1995年至2005年我院收治的15例左半结肠癌致肠梗阻患者采用Ⅰ期手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组15例，切口不同程度液化感染4例，无吻合口瘘、腹腔感染等并发症，均治愈出院。结论左半结肠癌梗阻经严格掌握适应证，完善围手术期处理，Ⅰ期手术切除吻合是完全可行的。

The first-staged operation treatment of the carcinoma of left colon with obstruction

Objective To explore the methods of first-staged operarion and its clinical efficacy in the carcinoma of left colon with obstruction. Methods The clinical datas of 15 cases of patients hospitalized in 1995 to 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Incision infection and liquification occurred in 4 cases. No patient had severe complications such as fistula in anastomosis and infection of abdominal cavity. Conclusion The therapy of incison and anastomosis in the first-staged operation is practicable if we strictly control indications and improve procedures between the pre-and post-operation.
