一氧化氮与一氧化氮合成酶在妊高征疾病过程中的变化及其意义

目的:探讨一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)在妊高征发病过程中的致病机理及其临床意义。方法:用分光光度计对正常妊娠孕妇34例(正常妊娠组)和妊高征孕妇39例(妊高征组)的血浆 NO和脐静脉血管内皮细胞 NOS 活性进行测定比较。结果:与正常妊娠组相比,妊高征组产前 NO 活性明显低于对照组(P<0.01),重度妊高征的降低尤其显著,但产后各组无显著差异;妊高征组脐血 NO 水平和跻静脉血管内皮细胞 NOS 活性明显低于正常组;正常妊娠组脐血 NO 水平比其外周血高;妊高征患者外周血 NO 水平与平均动脉压(MAP)呈显著负相关。讨论:NO 的合成、释放减少及 NOS 活性降低在妊高征的病理生理过程中起着重要作用。

The changes and clnical significance of nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthetase in pregnancy induced hypertension

To investigate the relationship between level of nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthetase and pregnancy induced Hypertension.Methode:The plasma level of NO and vena umbilicaais vascular endotheliocyte NOS activity in 34 cases of normal pregnant women(normal pregnancy grorp)and 39 cases of PIH.(RIH grorp) were measured and compared using fluorophotometry.Results:The antepartum NO level of PIH group was significantly lower than that of normal pregnancy group(P<0.01).particularly in severe PIH,but the two postpartum groups were not significantly different.The navel bleeding NO level and vena umbilicalis vascular endotheliocyte NOS activity of PIH group were significantly lower than that of normal pregnancy group.The navel bleeding NO level was more than plasma NO level in normal pregnancy grorp.There was a negative correlation between plasma NO level and mean arterial pressure(MAP).Conclusion:Decreased synthesis and release of NO and NOS might play an important role in pathogenesis of PIH.
